Battle of Salads
DESCRIPTION: Making of the Salads using Fruits and Vegetables
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Participants should report 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.
2. Participants have to bring their own decoration materials for more elegancy and in-style preparation.
3. Participants have to bring their own plate to decorate along with vegetables / fruits / leaves that are very well cleaned.
4. Salad should be prepared to serve 4-5 people.
5. Participants have to bring their own Knife, Fork, Spoon, wooden sticks and toothpicks if necessary.
6. Time given for the competition will be of 45 minutes (including cutting and decoration both)
7. The ingredients used should be vegetarian only. Non-vegetarian salads are prohibited
